We celebrated Alice's 4th birthday all week with family, a cookie decorating party with friends, and a piñata filled with her favorite…gum! This was a bittersweet birthday for me, since we've completely moved from baby and toddler years at our home to big girls with big personalities. Even Alice's thumb-sucking abruptly ended this week after I told her she couldn't use anti-cavity mouthwash until she quit.
