Ashamed that we lived 1.5 hours from the space and rocket center for 2 years and never dragged the kids there, I made time in our last couple weeks in Alabama. As I excitedly attempted to explain the Apollo/Saturn and Challenger exhibits, they returned my enthusiasm by asking when we could buy popcorn and icees or begged to see if they were tall enough to ride the gravitron.
